I used to have Suncom. I found out last week that they think I owe them $600. Despite my conversation with them when cancelling my service 3 years ago, and them asking "oh please no, why why why" and I replied "I'm moving to Georgia and you don't have any plans there" and they said "oh, ok, well, here's what you owe us" and I said "Here's my credit card number" and they said "have a nice day" and somehow I owe them $600 now. Yeah, and the service did cut out alot too.
